Fermented and aged on pureed cherries this kettle sour is tart yet approachable. Pouring an opaque black with mahogany hues and a light tan head, offering aromas and flavours of cherry and chocolate. Characteristics from the chocolate malt and roasted barley offset the natural sweetness of the cherries, giving this beer balance and a distinct complexity; reminiscent of a fine red wine. Light in body and highly effervescent with a long, lingering finish. Pair with roasted duck, chocolate cake and holiday decorating.
